In some cases, the alleged exploitation has been so extensive that the elder person has actually signed over their home and other major assets to the client. These cases are emotionally charged and commonly involve disputed facts and promises between or among siblings of the elder person. Accordingly, a thorough investigation must be made into the dynamics of the family.
